Dmitry Gritsenko was born in 1975 in Moscow, Russia. Originally studying economics, he attended the Moscow State University. In 2012 he graduated from The Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK). His short films have been shown internationally at film festivals and in exhibitions and have received several awards.
